Keukenhof is a flower-park, located in Lisse- middel in the Bollenstreek tulip bulb fields. Here traditionally colored tulips and other flowering bulbs are grown. Since 1950 the park is open to visitors every year. Originally it was a fertile garden that was part of the estate of Countess Jacoba van Beieren, who inhabited a castle in the 15th century. She let the ingredients for the food cultivate. That’s how the name comes from—kitchencourt.Each year the park is open early in March till May. Hundreds of thousands visitors can enjoy the fresh beauty of flowers in the spring. The Keukenhof is the most photographed spot in the world. Especially, foreign tourists in large numbers to watch the spectacle which special is in the world. They take tons of balls back home to make a beautiful flower garden as well. as it is said in May the flowering season is already over ..
